Government School Admission 2025
Students will be admitted to various classes in all government secondary schools nationwide, including Dhaka City, for the 2025 academic year. Government schools will distribute no physical admission forms. Applications can only be submitted online at https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd. The online application process will start on 12/11/2024 at 11:00 AM and continue until 30/11/2024 at 05:00 PM. The application fee for the 2025 academic year is set at 110/- (one hundred and ten) Taka, payable only via SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile.
The admission website will list government schools based on Thana (police station). You can select up to 5 schools in order of preference during the application process.
No admission tests will be held for government schools nationwide, except through the digital method. The date, time, and venue for the Govt School Admission Lottery will be announced later. Application Fee Payment
After applying for Govt School Admission, you must pay the application fee. To complete this process, you need to use a Teletalk prepaid mobile and submit the fee via SMS. If the application fee is not paid, the application process will not be completed, and the application for admission will not be accepted. The application fee is set at 110 Taka, which must be paid via SMS.

First SMS:
- Go to the New Message option and Write- GSA <space> User ID
- Send the SMS to 16222.
For example: GSA ABCDEF and Send it to 16222. After sending the first SMS, a PIN number will be sent to the student in a return SMS. This PIN will be used to send the second SMS.
Second SMS:
- Again go to the New Message option and write- GSA <space> YES <space> PIN.
For example: GSA YES 123456 - This SMS should be sent to 16222.
Special Instructions:
Even if the online application is completed, the application will only be valid if the application fee is paid. After correctly submitting the application fee via SMS, the Teletalk prepaid number should always be kept active, as all necessary information and updates will be sent to this number.
Govt School Admission Result 2025
After completing all the admission process steps in government secondary schools, students will be selected through a lottery system. These results will be published transparently and according to the scheduled time. Parents and students can easily access these results online. After the results are published, selected students can complete the admission process within a specified timeframe. The Digital Lottery will be held on 17 December 2024.

- Similarly, the waiting list results can also be accessed via SMS.
Important Notes about the Waiting List:
Students must complete the admission process within the specified time if selected from the waiting list. Please do so to avoid the cancellation of their admission, and the next student on the list will be offered the opportunity. Students on the waiting list will follow the same admission process as those initially selected.
